We built this service with security in mind. Therefore, the service does not save any message content. This information is stored in SAP® and the mail server. Passwords that are required to access e-mail accounts are stored with AES128 encryption, with the option of updating them to AES256 as required. Would you like to use your own AES key? No problem, we can also support your key. We’re always looking for the best way to secure your and your customers’ information.

However, if you use the Email Tracker via your SAP® GUI, your SAP users have access to the message content, which is retrieved by SAP® itself. Your data is processed in your SAP environment.
